- Timeline & master schedule: I’ll build a supplier-friendly day plan and circulate it to everyone involved, so the day flows with ease.
- On-the-day setup management: I’ll be there early to oversee supplier arrivals, room styling, table layouts, signage placement — all the finishing touches.
